Hand moulding
Casting into moulds using bentonite bonded mixtures
Moulding shop:
- green casting using bentonite bonded mixtures; size of moulding frames depends on the casting size, up to 1500x1500x300 mm
Weight of manufactured castings:
- from approx. 0,5 kg to approx. 600 kg
Machine moulding

Moulding shop:
- two pairs of Foromat 20 moulding machines, size of flasks in use 350x450x100/120 mm, 400x450x100 mm, 500x500x120/120 mm, 400x600x120/120 mm
Weight of manufactured castings:
- from approx. 0.05 kg to approx. 10 kg
Gravity die casting
Gravity die casting for all casting works
Smelting shop:
- 10 electric resistance holding furnaces, approx. 250 kg of smelt/furnace
Mould stools:
- 12 mould stools with hydraulic actuators
Weight of manufactured castings:
- from approx. 0,20 kg to approx. 40 kg
